By using this website or engaging Tidal Labs for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.

Tidal Labs designs, builds and optimises websites for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required before work starts.
• Recurring fees (such as hosting or maintenance) are billed in advance.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Once final payment is received, we transfer ownership of the agreed final website design and content to you. We retain the right to use anonymised screenshots in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise.

Third-party assets, software licences and stock imagery remain subject to their original licences.

You agree to provide accurate information, feedback and materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing content may extend delivery dates.

Tidal Labs is not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, we will refund any deposit minus reasonable administrative costs. Details are covered in your individual service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
